¡We chose to use graded readers appropriate to level of the students and the content of the course during this introductory phase. We believed that students would learn the new concepts more easily if they used the familiar medium of print. However, we posted the reading guides as online fill-in forms on the class website. Students switched between the two media to complete the reading guides.
